Computer Support Specialist



We are a growing technology company based in Greenland, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1100 per month.
