Location: Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and a strong background in managing a large kitchen team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's food operations, including menu development, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

As an Executive Chef, you must have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. You should also have strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and interact with guests. Additionally, you must have a creative flair to develop innovative menus that showcase local ingredients while catering to dietary restrictions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level in a beautiful location. The salary for this position is 1300$, with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage)
- Must be willing to relocate to Al Buraymi, Oman
