Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a member of our team, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to develop commercial building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial architecture principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of commercial building projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project accuracy
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure project designs meet client specifications and local building codes
- Participate in client meetings to present project proposals and discuss design concepts
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technology to enhance design capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial architecture principles
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Experience:
This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience. However, any previous internships or relevant coursework would be beneficial.
