Information Security Analyst (Egyptian or Nepali)



As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data and systems. Your main responsibility will be to analyze, monitor, and detect any potential security threats or breaches. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect our company's information assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activities and investigate any security incidents
- Develop and implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that all software and hardware systems are secure and up-to-date
- Educate employees on information security best practices
- Create incident response plans in case of a security breach
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and threats

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network and system security principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

This is a contract job based in Siauliai with a salary of 1800$. We are looking for Egyptian or Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. This is an urgent position so candidates must be able to join immediately.
