Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Washington, USA)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Washington. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
