QA Engineer - Los Angeles



We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our growing team in Los Angeles. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and troubleshoot any issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products
- Identify, document, and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previously identified issues have been resolved
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Provide recommendations for improvements to product functionality and user experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Additional Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery processes
- Previous experience working on web-based or mobile applications
- Knowledge of SQL databases
As this position may require occasional trips to client sites, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1700 per month, based on experience.
