Entry Level Construction Manager

As an entry level construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in Shan, a bustling city known for its growing infrastructure and development. Your role will require strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills as you will be coordinating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in planning and executing construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Identify any potential issues or delays and work with team members to find solutions
- Maintain accurate records of project details including contracts, change orders, and correspondence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Project
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or willing to obtain one
- Fluent in English (preferred) or willingness to learn
