Senior Architect (Part-time) - Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a part-time position, this role offers a flexible schedule for those looking for work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their architectural design skills and experience working on various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure building construction is in line with design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
