Our growing company in Braga is seeking a talented Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will also play a key role in ensuring the security of our company's information systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience working with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows Server, Linux, and MacOS
- Experience with server hardware installation and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, maintain and monitor network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Manage virtual servers including setup, maintenance, backup and recovery
- Maintain data center environment including power distribution, cooling systems and cabling infrastructure
- Implement security measures to protect company's data from cyber threats
- Develop policies and procedures for backup and disaster recovery plans
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware or software issues
- Stay updated on latest networking trends and technologies

Salary: 1700$
