Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Monte-Carlo. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of dishes and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing equipment
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including floors, walls, and counters
- Empty trash bins regularly throughout shift
- Assist with food prep when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic understanding of sanitation principles
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Benefits include tips from servers and the opportunity for growth within the company.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Monte-Carlo or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
