Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Abu-Dhabi and we are currently seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our masons and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for masons
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Conduct regular quality checks on completed work
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and expenses incurred

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a mason or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following construction plans
- Knowledge of various types of bricks, stones, and other building materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak Hindi or any other Indian language fluently

Salary:
1600$ per month
