Foundry Supervisor

Our company, located in Malindi, is currently seeking a skilled Foundry Supervisor to join our team. As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process in our foundry and ensuring that quality standards are met. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month and visa sponsorship is available for Indian candidates. We welcome female applicants to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the production process in the foundry
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by workers
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Train new employees on foundry processes and procedures
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep records of production data and report any issues to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Foundryman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of foundry processes and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
