Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions. You will need to have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as experience in working with various data types. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data for analysis
- Use statistical methods to identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Location: Bergen (open to remote work within Norway)
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
