Sales Manager for Indian Market in Ajman
The Sales Manager for Indian Market in Ajman will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to increase revenue from the Indian market. This position requires experience in sales, particularly within the Indian market, and a strong understanding of Indian culture and business practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, without accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market in Ajman
- Build and maintain relationships with clients from India
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to clients
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Indian market
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ajman for client meetings
