Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and meeting sales targets in the African market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. This is a contract position without accommodation, open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the African market
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior in the African market
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages spoken in Africa is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.
