Administrative Assistant - Ajman, UAE (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As an Egyptian national, you will be a great fit for our company's diverse culture and values. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other business documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Track office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Conduct research for projects or reports as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English required (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
