- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical skills with ability to perform precise measurements
- Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly
- Basic welding or soldering skills preferred but not required
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions
