Sales Executive - Fil-Am Market
The Sales Executive for the Fil-Am Market will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Filipino and American communities in Los Angeles. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Filipino culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients within the Fil-Am community through networking and cold calling
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Create and deliver presentations to promote company products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Filipino market
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tagalog proficiency is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Filipino culture and community in Los Angeles
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
