Construction Site Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our growing team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to managing on-site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with contractors and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any safety concerns
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
- Review project documents and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors as needed
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in project management software
- Must be able to work full-time in Bansko.
