Construction Manager - Bansko, Bulgaria



A reputable construction company in Bansko, Bulgaria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Visa:
The candidate must have their own visa for working in Bulgaria.
