Waiter/Waitress for Seasonal Hotel in Sheduva


A reputable hotel in Sheduva is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the busy season. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. This is a seasonal job, with potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling payments
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Must have own visa/work permit for Sheduva or be eligible for sponsorship by the hotel
