Solar Installation Technician

We are seeking a Solar Installation Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with little or no experience to learn a valuable trade in the growing field of renewable energy.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform wiring and electrical work as needed to connect solar energy systems to the grid
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels
- Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar energy systems
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how their system works

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be willing to learn new skills and techniques related to solar installation

Salary: $1300 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
