Senior Architectural Designer
As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative design solutions for various architectural projects in Greenland. Your main focus will be on designing sustainable and environmentally friendly buildings, while also ensuring they meet all safety and building codes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with creative and functional designs that exceed their expectations. In addition, you will lead a team of designers and provide mentorship to junior staff. Your role will also involve conducting site visits, preparing reports, and managing project budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Extensive knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Experience working on projects that meet LEED certification standards is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Greenland and have a valid biometric passport
Salary:
The salary for this role is $1100 per month with accommodation provided. Our company believes in providing fair compensation based on experience and qualifications.
