Team Lead for Accommodations in Aalborg, Denmark

As the Team Lead for Accommodations in Aalborg, Denmark, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees who provide housing solutions for individuals and families in the city. Your main duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodations department, ensuring high-quality services are provided to clients, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry and be familiar with local housing regulations in Aalborg. Additionally, fluency in Danish is preferred but not required.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all accommodations to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Conducting regular inspections of accommodations to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Maintaining accurate records of occupancy rates, complaints, and customer feedback
- Ensuring all accommodations are compliant with local housing regulations
- Managing budget and expenses for the accommodations department

The successful candidate will have:

- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or property management
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (preferred)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Knowledge of local housing regulations is an asset
