We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all team members are working towards meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient coordination and communication
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to upper management in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software tools
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
