We are hiring a skilled Barber to join our team at a trendy salon in the bustling city of Dubai. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for barbering and the desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired haircut or grooming services
- Provide consultations on different hairstyles, beard styles, and grooming techniques
- Use various barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, and trimmers to achieve desired looks
- Perform haircuts, styling, shaving, trimming, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in haircuts and grooming techniques
- Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized before each use
- Promote salon services and products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different hairstyles, beard styles, and grooming techniques
- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a barber school is preferred
- Must have a valid work permit for Dubai (for foreigners)
- Fluent in English (preferably), but not mandatory as long as you can communicate effectively with clients
