Job Title: Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Mombasa and we are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the team, ensuring that projects are completed on time
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that all work meets safety standards and client expectations
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on site to ensure efficient workflow
- Carry out regular inspections of materials and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, work hours, and project progress for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a mason in the construction industry
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, with strong leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Mombasa but is open to candidates of all ethnicities.
