Data Mining Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required. Candidates who hold their own visa are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Use advanced statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends
- Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1600 per month. This is an entry-level position.
