Commercial Architect


We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Aarhus. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget for a commercial space
- Prepare initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure plans are accurate and feasible
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it is carried out according to the plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make necessary adjustments to plans if there are changes in the project scope or budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a commercial architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Aarhus.
