Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial architectural projects in the city of Aarhus. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and create detailed plans and specifications. Your role will also involve overseeing a team of architects and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a commercial architect, with a strong background in designing and managing large-scale projects. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, specifications, and drawings using architectural software
- Oversee a team of architects to ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure project is completed within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
