Sales Manager
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Salary: 1100$ per month without accommodation. This is an own visa job.
Location: Aalborg, Denmark (nationality/location preference is not strict)
