Construction Project Manager - Balzers, Nepal



As a Construction Project Manager for our company in Balzers, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Nepal. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Your main duties will include creating project plans, monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Work closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and progress
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively manage a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
