Seasonal Concierge (English speaking)
City: Muscat, Oman

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and inquiries. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations and arrangements for guests as requested
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
