Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computer systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and software
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to prevent future problems
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Norway, we are open to candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate.
