Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark



We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Manage, organize and maintain office files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month without accommodation. This position is open to all applicants who are legally eligible to work in Denmark.
