Loader Supervisor



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Sharjah. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of loaders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of loaders, scheduling their work shifts and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all loading and unloading activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse manager to ensure timely restocking of goods
- Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded items, tracking any damages or discrepancies
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to management
- Enforce safety regulations at the warehouse, conducting regular safety meetings with the team
- Motivate and encourage team members to meet productivity targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional training or certification in warehouse operations is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience as a loader or in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading and unloading activities
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills, fluency in English is preferred
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month. This role does not include accommodation. We welcome candidates from all nationalities.
