Architectural Technologist - Design and Construction Manager


We are a leading architectural firm in Vianden, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team as the Design and Construction Manager. Our company specializes in designing and constructing sustainable and innovative structures, and we are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. As the Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for projects
- Develop detailed design plans using CAD software
- Create 3D visualizations of proposed designs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods/materials
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
