Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating construction documents for various architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet all necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create detailed construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the production of working drawings by junior staff members
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or regulatory authorities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vianden (preference for candidates already located in or willing to relocate to Vianden)

Nationality/Location: Nepali citizens or foreigners with valid work permits/visas for Luxembourg preferred.

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. However, we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
