Architectural Designer


We are currently hiring for an Architectural Designer to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create architectural designs for various projects, including but not limited to residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure design concepts are aligned with project goals and client preferences
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design process
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for construction documents
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Izhevsk or Russia
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
1500$ per month
