Handyman for Property Maintenance in Wiltz

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Wiltz. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$. As our ideal candidate, you should have experience in property maintenance and be able to handle a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. The ability to work independently and problem solve is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing minor plumbing issues
- Perform repairs on appliances, furniture, and equipment
- Conduct general carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and cabinets
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Keep track of supplies and order new ones when necessary
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the property
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours if needed
