Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, needs, and budget
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial building projects
- Use software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create digital models and renderings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Oversee construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Las Vegas (open to remote work for candidates outside the city)

Nationality: Filipino preferred (but open to all nationalities)

Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates

This position is suitable for both men and women. Part-time options may be available on a case-by-case basis.
