Part-Time Concierge in Los Angeles for Indian Nationals


We are seeking a part-time concierge to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals who are looking for a flexible job opportunity with visa sponsorship. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests and residents.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival, assist with luggage and provide information about the local area
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, transportation, etc.
- Arrange transportation services as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of all guests and residents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keep up-to-date with local events, attractions, and restaurants to make recommendations to guests

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid visa sponsorship or work permit in the United States
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (hospitality or customer service experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month based on experience.
