Data Analyst - Shan, India


We are currently hiring a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team in Shan, India. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company. You will work closely with various departments to identify key business trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have experience working with large datasets, data mining techniques, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing large datasets from various sources
- Identifying trends and patterns in the data
- Creating reports and visualizations to present findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Developing strategies for improving data quality and accuracy
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear manner
