Part-Time Office Manager

As a part-time office manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office in Multan. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth functioning and efficient use of resources. Your duties will include maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and appointments, managing correspondence and communication with clients, and handling administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. You should have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an office management role is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time work. Salary for this position is 1800$ per month. This is a non-residential position and candidates must have their own visa to work in Pakistan.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office management role (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
