As a Bilingual Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient interpretation services between English and another language for various clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting interpretation services accurately and efficiently between English and another language.
- Maintaining confidentiality and neutrality while interpreting.
- Adhering to professional standards and codes of ethics.
- Preparing for interpretation sessions by researching relevant terminology.
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail with strong listening skills.
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one.
- Comfortable working with technology such as computers or translation devices.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Funchal, Portugal. Relocation assistance is not provided.
