We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive growth. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their individual goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's products/services
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to provide updates on targets, performance, and market trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to travel for business purposes as needed (domestic/international)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with performance-based bonuses.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate should already have their own visa/work permit for Portugal.
