Job Title: Courier Delivery Specialist

As a Courier Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately delivering packages to our customers in La-Condamine. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and safe deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and collect payments when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise during deliveries
- Communicate with dispatch team to update on delivery status and address any potential delays or issues
- Follow all company policies and procedures for secure package handling, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times while representing the company

Requirements:
- Previous experience in courier or delivery services preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle packages with care
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1600 per month, full-time position.
