Contract Truck Driver
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Contract Truck Driver to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Contract Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, as well as completing necessary paperwork and documentation for each trip.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Inspect truck before and after trips, reporting any issues or damage
- Maintain cleanliness of truck interior and exterior
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each trip, including delivery receipts, mileage logs, etc.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Basic mechanical skills to perform minor repairs on the truck if needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of goods

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.
