Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Lusail. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent project management skills. You should also have a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations as well as experience with budgeting and scheduling. Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee quality control measures throughout all stages of construction
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling software
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
