Online English Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online English Tutor to join our growing team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing online English language instruction to students from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and the option to work remotely. We provide accommodation for our tutors if needed. Applicants must have a biometric passport and be able to work legally in Israel. Previous experience in online teaching or tutoring is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English language lessons for students from the Philippines
- Create lesson plans and learning materials based on individual student needs
- Provide feedback and progress reports to students and their families
- Encourage student engagement and participation through interactive teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date with current language teaching techniques and resources
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to improve the overall learning experience for students

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English, preferably with a neutral accent
- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably online
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with students of varying ages and backgrounds
- Ability to adapt lesson plans based on individual student needs and learning styles
- Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and headset with microphone
- Biometric passport and legal right to work in Israel

Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)
